Koenig Works
Privacy policy
Effective September 15, 2026
This policy covers koenigworks.com and the Koenig Works personal automation app, AI Box n8n, operated by Joe Koenig. The app is intended for personal use and explicitly authorized users.
Information the app accesses
When you authorize a Google connection, the app receives authorization tokens that allow configured workflows to use the Google permissions you grant. Depending on those permissions and the workflow, it may access Google Docs document content and identifiers, and Google Drive file or folder names, identifiers, metadata, and content needed to create, update, locate, and organize archived documents. The permissions shown by Google describe the access being requested.
The app does not request or receive your Google password. Workflow inputs, outputs, error information, and execution history may contain document content or file details.
How information is used
Information is used to carry out the document and archive workflows you authorize, maintain the Google connection, and diagnose failures. It is not used for advertising, profiling for advertising, or sale to data brokers. Google user data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Storage and retention
Authorization tokens and workflow configuration are stored in the operator’s n8n environment. Workflow execution history and any operational backups may also retain processed information. Documents created in Google Docs or Drive remain in the destination Google account until deleted there.
App-held information is retained while needed for the authorized workflows, troubleshooting, or security, and is deleted when no longer needed or on a deletion request, except where retention is required by law. Backup copies may persist until the applicable backup cycle expires. Revoking Google access stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove existing documents, execution history, or backups.
Sharing and access
Data passes between the operator’s automation environment and Google to perform the authorized document operations. Google handles information under its own privacy policy. The operator may access relevant information with your permission for support, or when needed for security or legal compliance.
Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising. Any additional service that would receive Google user data as part of a new workflow must be disclosed to the user, and any required consent obtained, before that transfer occurs.
Google API data commitments
Koenig Works follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use restrictions when using or transferring information obtained through Google APIs. Access and use are limited to the authorized features described here.
Website visits
This static website contains no analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or tracking cookies. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, request details, and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Security
Access to the automation environment should be limited to authorized users. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Do not send passwords or authorization tokens in support requests.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke the app’s access in your Google Account connections. You can delete documents in your Google account directly. To request deletion of tokens, execution history, or other app-held data, contact the operator and identify the connected account and the information concerned. Disconnecting the app may prevent workflows from running.
Children and policy changes
The app is not directed to children under 13. Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised effective date. Material changes to Google data use will be disclosed and any required consent obtained before the new use begins.
Contact
For support, privacy questions, or a request to delete app-held data, contact the operator using the support email shown on the app’s Google consent screen. Authorized users may also use their existing direct contact with the operator.
