These terms govern use of koenigworks.com and AI Box n8n, the personal automation app operated by Joe Koenig under the Koenig Works name. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Purpose and eligibility
The app supports personal document and archive workflows using Google Docs and Google Drive. Access is limited to the operator and explicitly authorized users. There is no public registration or promise of general availability.
Your responsibilities
Use the app only with accounts and information you are entitled to access. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the workflows you authorize, and reviewing their results. Keep your account secure and maintain independent copies of important information.
Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or access another person’s information without permission.
Google and other services
Google integrations require your authorization and are also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. Koenig Works is an independent project and is not endorsed by Google or n8n. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or revoke access.
Privacy
The privacy policy explains how the website and app handle information. You may disconnect the Google integration at any time through your Google Account connections.
Availability and changes
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Workflows may fail or produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, including for security or misuse.
Responsibility for loss
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the app and revoke its Google access at any time. The operator may end access if these terms are violated or continued access creates a security risk. Existing documents remain in your Google account; requests to delete app-held data are handled as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users. Continued use after changes take effect signifies acceptance, subject to applicable law.

For support, privacy questions, or a request to delete app-held data, contact the operator using the support email shown on the app’s Google consent screen. Authorized users may also use their existing direct contact with the operator.
